Prof. Dr. YUSUF ÜNAL 

Prof. Yusuf was born in Sarikaya (Turkey). He studied medicine and specialization of anesthesiology and reanimation in Gazi University, Faculty of Medicine. In 2017 he became the full professor of anesthesiology and reanimation at Gazi University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Anesthesiology, Ankara, and still working there. Prof. Ünal is participating in research and anesthesia of all kinds of surgery and especially anesthesia of cardio-thoracic surgery.
Since 2003 he practice mostly anesthesia in cardiovascular surgery and thoracic surgery (approximately 500 surgery/year). From 2010, he is responsible for cardiovascular surgery, thoracic surgery and transplantation anesthesia.
From year 2018, he is active lecturer in “Ultrasonography in Anesthesia Practice” group of Turkish Society of Anesthesiology and Reanimation, (Transthoracic echo and Transesophageal echocardiography).
Prof. Ünal is author or coauthor of 35 international scientific publications.
